The secret is in the soil. Our Sulphate of Iron is the fast-track way to lower your soil's pH to the necessary acidic range (around 5.2 - 5.5).
Why is this essential? High soil pH locks up aluminum, and aluminum is the element that gives hydrangeas their beautiful blue colour.
By lowering the pH you release the aluminum, allowing your hydrangeas to finally absorb it.
The result? Vibrant, head-turning blue flowers!
